Orders and Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 6 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum order amount is required.
Which states and regions do you ship to?
We ship to the contiguous United States only — the 48 states in the lower U.S. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. territories, or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your delivery address and package size. Folding chairs ship as oversized packages, which may affect carrier selection in some areas.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact us at support@darasug.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet been processed, we can update the address. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
My tracking number is not showing any updates. What should I do?
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipping label is created. If there is no movement for more than 5 business days after the ship date, email us at support@darasug.com with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier.
Product Questions
What is the weight capacity of your folding chairs?
Weight capacity varies by model and is listed in the specifications section of each product page. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing and we will confirm the exact capacity for you.
Are these chairs comfortable for sitting around a campfire for several hours?
That is one of the most common questions we get, and it is a fair one. Our chairs are designed with extended outdoor sitting in mind — including fireside evenings that can run two to four hours. The seat depth, backrest angle, and armrest height are positioned to support comfortable sitting over a longer period. That said, comfort is personal, and we recommend reviewing the dimensions on the product page to make sure the sizing works for you.
Will the chair legs sink into grass or soft ground?
Our chairs use a wider base to distribute weight more evenly, which helps on grass and moderately soft ground. On very soft or wet soil — such as muddy campsites — some sinking is possible with any folding chair. Placing the chair on a flat rock or a small board under each leg can help in particularly soft terrain.
Can I use these chairs at an RV campsite?
Yes. Our chairs are a popular choice for RV camping. They fold flat and fit in most RV storage bays and vehicle cargo areas. Check the folded dimensions on the product page to confirm they will fit your specific storage space.
Are the chairs suitable for a backyard BBQ or outdoor gatherings?
Yes. The chairs work well for backyard cookouts, outdoor movie nights, and similar settings. They set up and fold down quickly, and the wide base stays stable on patios, decks, and grass.
How close can the chair be to a campfire?
Keep a safe distance from open flames at all times. The fabric and frame materials are not fireproof or flame-resistant. We recommend staying at least several feet away from a campfire when seated, which is standard safe practice for any outdoor chair.
How much does the chair weigh and how easy is it to carry?
Weight varies by model and is listed on each product page. Most of our chairs are designed to be carried by one person from a vehicle to a campsite. If portability is a priority, check the product weight and whether a carry bag or strap is included before ordering.
Can children use these chairs?
Our chairs are designed for adult use. Children should not use these chairs unsupervised. For younger children, a dedicated kids chair is a safer option. Older teenagers may use these chairs within the stated weight limit.
Are the chairs easy to set up and fold down?
Yes. All of our chairs are designed for tool-free setup and can be unfolded and ready to use in under a minute. The same applies when folding them back down for storage or transport.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please email us at support@darasug.com before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
It depends on the reason. If we sent the wrong item or the chair arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping cost. We will reimburse you for postage upon receiving your tracking number and shipping receipt, along with your full order refund. If you are returning for a personal reason — changed your mind, no longer need it — return shipping is your responsibility. No restocking fees apply in either case.
My chair arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@darasug.com. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the item and the original packaging. We will review the information and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.
My tracking says delivered but I have not received my package. What should I do?
First, check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building management — packages are occasionally left in unexpected spots. Then contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at support@darasug.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Email us at support@darasug.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may request a return after delivery.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, submit a return for your original item and place a new order for the correct one. This is the fastest way to get you the right item without delays from inventory holds.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Funds typically appear in your original payment account within 3 to 5 additional business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Are there any items I cannot return?
Clearance and final-sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable at checkout are not eligible for return or refund. Items showing signs of use or customer-caused damage are also not eligible.

Who is behind Darasug?
Darasug is operated by SUMMITWAVE COMMERCE LLC, based in Kalispell, Montana. We are a small team. Most of us camp regularly, which shapes what we look for in outdoor gear and what we choose to sell.
How do I contact customer support?
Email us at support@darasug.com. We respond within one business day, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time. We do not offer phone support or live chat, but we read every message personally.
Where are your products shipped from?
Orders ship from within the United States. All shipments originate domestically.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
We are an online-only store. We do not have a retail location open to the public.
