Refund policy

If something is not right with your order, we want to fix it. This page explains what qualifies for a return, who is responsible for return shipping costs, how to start a return, and what to expect once you do.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Undamaged
  • In the original packaging

Before sending anything back, contact us first. Email us at support@darasug.com with your order number and we will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please do not return items to the sender address on the package. Returns sent to the wrong location may not be recoverable or eligible for a refund.

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance and final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts (unless the damage occurred during shipping)

2. Return Shipping — Who Pays

We cover return shipping when the return is our responsibility:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping cost. Please use a trackable shipping service and send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt. Return shipping costs will be refunded together with your original order amount to your original payment method.

You are responsible for return shipping when the return is a personal preference:

  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer need the item
  • You ordered by mistake

In these cases, please use a trackable shipping service, keep your receipt, and send us the tracking number. Original shipping fees are not refunded for personal-preference returns. No restocking fees apply.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and the original packaging

Once we verify the issue, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a full refund. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed along with your order amount.

4. How to Start a Return

Step 1. Email us at support@darasug.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2. We will review your request and send you return approval along with the correct return address.

Step 3. Ship the item using a trackable service. Send us your tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt or invoice.

Step 4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.


5. Refund Details

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: 1 to 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Bank posting time: 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

No restocking fees. No hidden deductions.


6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@darasug.com with your order number.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or redirected. If you still wish to return it, please wait until you receive the package and then follow the return process above.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong item or would like a different product, the fastest way to resolve it is:

  1. Submit a return for your original item following the steps above
  2. Place a new order for the correct item once your return is approved

This avoids delays from inventory holds and ensures you get the right item as quickly as possible.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Clearance and final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

9. No Hidden Fees

  • No restocking fees
  • No hidden charges
  • No subscriptions or recurring commitments

What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
