Shipping policy

This page explains how we process and ship orders, what to expect after placing an order, and how we handle issues if something goes wrong in transit.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, processing begins the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once it has shipped.


Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6 to 10 business days.

This is an estimate based on carrier timelines and is not a guarantee. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, and factors outside our control such as weather conditions.

If you are ordering ahead of a camping trip or outdoor event, we recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance to allow for any unexpected delays.


Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum order amount required.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only (48 states).

We do not ship to the following locations at this time:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Other U.S. territories
  • APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Carriers

We ship via standard U.S. carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your delivery address and package dimensions. Folding chairs ship as oversized packages, which may affect carrier selection in some areas.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use that number to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.

Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after the ship date, please contact us at support@darasug.com with your order number and we will look into it.


Shipping Delays

Occasional delays happen. Common causes include:

  • Severe weather affecting carrier routes
  • High shipping volume around major holidays
  • Carrier operational disruptions
  • Remote or rural delivery addresses

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at support@darasug.com with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.


Damaged Items

If your chair arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photos of the item and the original packaging

Photo documentation is required to process damage claims. Once we review the information, we will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or if tracking has not updated for an extended period, please take the following steps:

  • Check around your delivery location, including with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for additional details
  • Reach out to us at support@darasug.com with your order number

We will work with the carrier to investigate. Claims for packages marked as delivered typically require a short investigation period before a resolution can be issued.


Incorrect Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@darasug.com. We can update your address if the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect packages. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in that case.
